Shipping policy

At this time, we are only shipping in the U.S. and shipping is free. Once you place your order, it will be processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). US orders will be shipped using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. 

Double check that all shipping info is correct before checking out, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you notice that your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@sweetmailers.com. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. If shipments are sent back to us, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.  

Sweet Mailers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
